This privacy policy is for the website https://www.stephaniekilgast.com which is owned and run by Stéphanie Kilgast.
I am committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). I work from my home in Vannes, France, but my sales are worldwide. I do not distribute or share any personal information from viewers and customers of my websites unless it is mandated by legal process. For my online business to work, I use a squarespace based website. For orders processed through my website, I use paypal and stripe. For my newsletter, I use Mailchimp.
Each of these parties strive to be compliant with privacy laws including the GDPR.
In this notice, you can read about the information that I, Squarespace, Paypal, Stripe and Mailchimp collect from you and how it is used. This data collection is primarily automatic and for analytic purposes such as compiling statistics about what page is most popular, how users find each page, where globally most users are represented and what links get clicked. Analytics & Cookies
This website uses limited analytics and has disabled non-essential cookies.
It collects data on which pages are visited but not who or where the visitor is coming from. I have disabled most analytics, so you as a person can stay anonymous when coming here.
For it to function it collects “functional and required cookies”, these are cookies needed in customer accounts, for the shopping car and check-out and also for URL redirects.

Your name and e-mail address is collected and used to answer you.
Mailchimp
My notification list is used for providing consenting subscribers with information about my artwork, classes and exhibitions. This list is administered through Mailchimp. Users will only be subscribed to this mailing list by providing consent in the form of voluntarily submitting their email through the opt in box on the petitplat.fr website and mobile sites.
I will never add you to this list based on unrelated emails, past purchases or other forms of participation with my business, this list is intended for voluntary consenting opt-in only.
Once subscribed Mailchimp will store some of your information, including your email address, IP address and certain information about the links you click within the emails I send you, on a Mailchimp server. Neither I nor Mailchimp will ever sell your email address or share it with any other party, unless we are legally compelled to do so. If you contact Mailchimp directly regarding your subscription to my lists, Mailchimp may contact you directly; otherwise, Mailchimp will never contact you. Only authorized Mailchimp employees have access to our subscriber list. You are always free to unsubscribe from the notification list, a unsubscribe option will be available at the bottom of every email. Once unsubscribed you will no longer receive future messages and your email address will be deleted.

Stripe & Paypal
When you make payments or conduct transactions through this website, and unless you choose the bank transfer (only available in the European Union) Stripe or Paypal will receive your transaction information. The information that Stripe or Paypal collects will include payment method information (such as credit or debit card number, or bank account information), purchase amount, date of purchase, and payment method. Different payment methods may require the collection of different categories of information. The payment method information that Stripe or Paypal collects will depend upon the payment method that you choose. Stripe or Paypal will send me your billing and shipping information pertaining to each order so I can complete and ship your purchase, however payment information, such as credit card numbers are not shared.
