Welcome to the shop policy / FAQ / Stuff you need to know if you want to buy something.
Here you should find all answers to your most pressing questions about my work. HOWEVER, if there’s something you are still wondering about, just shoot me an e-mail and I’ll answer within 2 working days tops, most of the time in a couple of hours.

CARING FOR YOUR SCULPTURE
I use a variety of materials when sculpting and varnish all my sculptures once done.
Dust your sculpture regularly with a clean, soft, dry brush. An artist paint brush is ideal.
Store sculptures at stable room temperature and humidity levels. Avoid placing it in a place that receives a lot of direct sunlight to avoid bleaching the colors.
CUSTOM ORDERS
I currently don’t accept custom orders from private individuals.
However if you are an organization working for nature conservation or climate change awareness, please contact me.
I will need a detailed idea of what you’d like, a budget and a deadline.
PAYMENT
I accept Paypal and Stripe through this website.
If you are living in the European Union I can also accept bank transfer on request.
Payment Plans
I accept payment plans at no extra cost.
Simply contact me and we can discuss how much you’d like to pay per month until the artwork is paid in full. Once it’s paid I will ship it to you.
SHIPPING
Processing times
I process and ship everything myself, and manage incoming orders as quickly as I can, but it can take up to 1 week.
Shipping for Artworks
Shipping is currently free worldwide. Most artworks are shipped with a courrier and arrive within a few days.
Shipping for the Tutorial Book
My book however is shipped with regular postal service and delivery times are as follow:
North and South America : 7 -15 days up to 5 weeks
Asia, Australia : 10 – 20 Days up to 6 weeks
Europe: 3 – 10 days up to 3 weeks
France: 1 – 3 days up to 2 weeks
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Whatever happens, always contact me first.
If something arrives broken to you, contact me with a picture of the broken object.
Depending on the severity of the breakage, I’ll find the best suited solution.
I don’t accept returns of any of my artworks not custom works.
